Introduction to Surf Parks...

Surf Parks are a new and emerging leisure offering across the globe.

However, given the type of operating environment, Surf Parks are inherently hazardous and require exceptional risk intervention in order to confidently meet State and Federal Legislations (as far as reasonably practicable). Operators of Surf Parks have prescribed duties and obligations across various legislations, associated with significant penalties which is often not covered by insurance.

Despite being a new industry, we have consultants who have previously worked in the development, operations and safety of Surf Parks.

It's important to know what's involved in Surf Parks. There are up to 31 Acts, 24 Regulations and 68 Codes of Practices that are applicable to the Surf Park industry.
