Preparation + Scope of Works
A specialist Expert Witness will review timings of the case and provide a proposal that is inline with the Court's case management timetable.
Review
An Expert Witness will survey initial documents/evidence and may seek additional information to be able to provide a fair and balanced assessment, measured against duties against relevant legislation.
Final Report
A final report will be provided.
