ABOUT THE SERVICE

ABOUT THE SERVICE

Our 360 Aquatic Facility Safety Assessment provides operators with a detailed, evidence-based evaluation specific to their aquatic environment. To conduct a thorough and comprehensive Aquatic Facility Safety Assessment, a full day is required for the workplace visit. This ensures that our qualified auditors can carefully evaluate every aspect of your facility, from risk management and emergency preparedness to equipment maintenance and aquatic operations. During the visit, we will assess the physical condition of the pool area, review policies and procedures, observe staff training and readiness, and conduct interviews with key personnel. This detailed, hands-on approach allows us to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with national safety practices, and provide you with actionable insights to mitigate risks and improve safety.

By dedicating an entire day to your facility, we ensure no aspect of safety is overlooked, and that you receive a comprehensive, meaningful report with recommendations to enhance your facility's safety and operations.

WHAT IS A 360 RISK ANALYSIS LENS?

Our Aquatic Facility Safety Assessment delivers a comprehensive 360° risk analysis, evaluating six critical areas that influence safety and risk management within your facility.     This includes legislative compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant safety regulations; risk management, assessing the effectiveness of your risk identification and mitigation strategies; operational delivery, reviewing daily operations such as staffing, equipment maintenance, and procedures; customer experience, evaluating how safety measures impact visitor well-being; systems of work, examining the processes that govern staff actions, including emergency protocols; and physical and psychosocial hazards, identifying both environmental risks and those impacting staff welfare.

Following the audit, you will receive a detailed report with a four-level rating (percentage) for each area, providing clear insight into your facility’s risk exposure. This is accompanied by actionable recommendations, designed to guide you in addressing identified gaps and enhancing your facility’s overall safety performance.
